What formats are the movies in?
All of our movies are in Windows Media format. Windows Media format requires the latest version of Windows Media Player.
How do I play the movies?
Windows Users should RIGHT CLICK the link and select SAVE TARGET AS to save the movie to your hard drive. Make sure you make note of where you save the file so you can find it once the downloading is complete. We do not currently support MAC users.

How do I cancel my membership ?
You may cancel your membership automatically by visiting the processor who billed your credit card.
If your transaction has been processed by Paycom.net, click here for support. If your transaction has been processed by CCBILL, click here for support.
If you cannot locate the above information, you may contact us to cancel your membership for you. Visit our support desk by clicking here. Upon cancellation, a confirmation will be sent to you via email.
I lost my username and/or password what do I do?
Please contact us using our support desk by clicking here. Be sure to provide the email address you used when you joined.
Why can't I login?
Be sure to type your username and password exactly as they appear on your confirmation email. As well, make sure to properly enter the secret word shown as an image on the login form. If you've forgotten your password, please submit a support request so we can reset it. Don't continue to try different passwords as our automated security system may block you.
Also, please note that there could be a slight delay after you join before your account is activated in our database. If you cannot login after approximately 5 minutes, please submit a support request and we'll fix the problem immediately.
My credit card is about to expire, can I update it?
Unfortunately we cannot update your credit card information. You can allow your existing membership to expire and then signup again.
